30-DAY EASY RETURNS
At Arlo & Vane, customer satisfaction comes first. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) easily within the return period.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Return Period
Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
Item Condition
Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Defective or Incorrect Items
Returns are free of charge if the item is faulty, damaged during transit, or incorrect.
Change of Mind
If you ordered the wrong size, changed your mind, or no longer want the item, return shipping costs are at your own expense. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
International Returns
Returned items must be shipped by the customer to our supplier’s return facility in China. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may occur during the return process. Arlo & Vane is not responsible for any delays or charges incurred during international returns.

Receive Instructions
You will receive a return authorization and clear step-by-step instructions, including the correct return address.

Prepare Your Parcel
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

Attach the Label
If applicable, print and attach the provided return label.

Ship the Package
Customers must ship the return parcel to the address provided in the return instructions. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Arlo & Vane is not responsible for lost returns.
REFUNDS
Inspection
Once received, all returned items are inspected to confirm they meet our return requirements.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
EXCHANGES
At this time, Arlo & Vane does not offer exchanges. We recommend placing a new order if you wish to receive a different item.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, some products cannot be returned. These items will always be clearly stated as non-returnable on the product page.
